new haircut

I was looking at pictures of myself from when Chelsea and i first started the No Whey Jose site, and i decided to cut my hair, i think it looks nicer when its short, but sometimes i just cant be bothered with all the upkeep.

mountain biking!

So, last week my good friend tim and I went mountain biking, it was a blast.  I demoed a bike from Rowletts, the bike shop I work at, it was a 2008 giant trance1.  The bike was awesome, the full suspension blew me away.  We started at the north bank trail and then crossed over the river and did riverside and buttermilk, then a buch of tooling around on belle isle.  The best part of the ride was when we stopped at the gas station to get beer and snacks for belle isle.

Im probably going to try and pick up a trance from the bike shop, it was the most fun ive had on a bicycle in a long long time. So if anyone wants to meet up and  do some belle isle beer runs hit me up!
